Kai has gone through all sorts of highs and lows since he followed the Yellow Brick Road to the West Coast Mecca of Bodybuilding. After discovering the wizard was just as ordinary as everyone else, Kai started to think about what he left behind in New York.
Watch as Kai Greene lets his emotions do the talking about how feels homesick.
This is a must see video blog.

This video may seem like a repeat of Part two but it's not. This is the first half of the interview where Shawn asks specific questions about falling down or passing out and what's been happening with Kai.
Initially we were going to title this "Kai the Enigma" because he became a ghost of a sort and no one could find him. We all thought it had to do with the pressure and the workouts but what it comes down to is ...
Well, you just have to watch and listen to find out.

This is part 2 of about 6 clis with Sherlyn Roy circuit training with Charles Glass.
Who in the heck goes into the gym to get pummeled by a savvy trainer? Ms. Roy does and she does a lot of it!
This is great watching for amateur and pro figure women to get an idea how a young lady rockets up the ranks with a great build.

One's success has less to do with doing what is expected as opposed to who you are and what you can will yourself to do.
Kai came out to Venice, the bodybuilding Mecca only to find that it's not all that it's supposed to be. It's like the Tin Man, the Scarecrow and Dorothy traveling these miles off to see the Wizard only to find that they've always had what they were searching for in life.
Kai opens up with Shawn Ray on his trials and tribulations down the Yellow Brick Road only to find that maybe his relationship with Oscar was the best combination as opposed to coming out to work with Charles.

Where in the hell has Kai Greene been? Inquiring minds want to know.
Rumors have been rampant:
- Did Kai Pass Out?
- Did Kai go into a coma?
- Did Kai quit?
- Was a bag of Ho-Hos involved somewhere?
- Did Kai die for you bitches?
Shawn and Lonnie ask him the down and dirty. (And he's still wearing those red swaets.)

When it comes time to working out, nothing gets in Branch's way. He has a bit of a drive from hoe to the gm so by the time he gets in, he's pumped full of coffee and is in no mood for talking. This segment covers triceps and chest cable work.
Branch has always been hard worker in the gym from 17 years old, through college and now trudges through with the help of a team at the gym and most importantly his wife
wife Trish.
Get a kick out of the side bar dealing with hunting, varmints and venison.

In this succeeding segment, we see Branch continuing his chest workout with heavy dumbbell presses.
Brian Dobson contributes by providing a voice over talking about the time leading up to Branch's tricep tear and how Branch managed to over come it.
This is Branch's last heavy workout before the final weeks leading into the 2009 Arnold Classic
There must be something to country music that helps with super heavy intense training!

This is part 1 of several clips we took while at Metroflex Gym in Texas. Branch is about 16 days out from the 2009 Arnold Classic. The workout is nothing fancy: some inclines, delts and dips. This is the last heavy workout. The rest will be lighter as a part of the final prep to the Arnold.
This is Branch's favorite gym. No one bothers him or stops to ask him questions. It allows Branch to get in the zone and do what he has to do to win any Pro Bodybuilding Show.

Here is a quick video with Branch Warren getting a quick workout in Gold's Gym Venice after a long day. Branch flew in late the night before, they lost his luggage, but he rolled with it and attended his GASP Clothing Photo Shoot early the next morning.
Branch had some time to get a quick dinner after the photo shoot and rolled into Gold's for a shoulder and tricep workout.
Branch is three weeks out, feeling good and thinks he's ahead of schedule. He talks about his workout, his chances at the Arnold and how he's bounced back from his injuries. In case you didn't know, he's torn a tricep and had surgery August 15, 2008.

This is a continuation of the first segment where Bill Comstock interacts with Kai during Kai's cardio.
We took questions from the forums, wrote them down for Kai and while on the stair master (gauntlet) Kai attempts to red and answer the questions.
You can tell at this point that Kai is tired, hungry and is not the best of moods but he reaches deep inside for some intestinal fortitude to help answer some questions.

This is the last of the back workouts. Charles takes Kai through a round of finishing touches concentrating on the lower back.
The tendency is to allow the glutes and the hamstrings do the work where the lower back should be worked; however, in accordance with Charles' guidance, Kai was able to hit the lower back directly: "Take the intensity of the movement and allow the spinal erectors to kick in."

Moving on into the back workout program, Charles runs Kai through a series of pulldown exercises. Kay refers to another machine as some form of medieval torture chamber. It allows the pull to come back while the hands rotate allowing a full pull activated the back muscles.
Charles and his assistant also take your normal workout piece of equipment, add a board, sit on it backwards and cause it to hit muscles you never knew you had.
I am tired just from watching Kai hit his back like its never coming back!

Following along the torture trail laid out by Charles Glass, Kai is working his back today. In this particular installment, Kai starts off with Lat Pulldowns and then goes into one of those crazy Charles Glass signature moves such as the seated incline row.
Charles has a system to his madness using his assistance to move the weight, strip plates all while trying to get Kai to maximize the movement.
"Charles really tries to change the angles on me ... to get the right feel for that muscle."

Kai Quote: That workout kicked my ass!
Charles Glass and his assistant give Kai no leeway as they march him through the last of his shoulder workout.
Look at how they concentrate on using the equipment's movement to isolate the targeted area. It takes concentrate in and muscle memory to not only be able to flex that muscle but to also contract it during the workout.

In this segment, Charles makes Kai concentrate on the Anterior and Interior deltoids. To do this, Kai runs through the gambit of working heavy upright rows, shoulder presses and some seriously crazy shoulder presses using a hammer strength like piece of gear. (You have to see it to believe it.)
In between the pain and the agony, Kai tries to remind himself to breathe.
