Here is a link to a 15 minute video of Curtis Bryant training chest and arms 4 weeks out from the NPC USA's in Las Vegas. The video was taken while he was in Los Angles doing a photo shot for MD. As you can see in the video he is weighing 213 pounds on his way down to 198 for the Light Heavyweight class. We will also be posting some current photos of Curtis as well so check back soon.
