Here is a quick video with Branch Warren getting a quick workout in Gold's Gym Venice after a long day. Branch flew in late the night before, they lost his luggage, but he rolled with it and attended his GASP Clothing Photo Shoot early the next morning.
Branch had some time to get a quick dinner after the photo shoot and rolled into Gold's for a shoulder and tricep workout.
Branch is three weeks out, feeling good and thinks he's ahead of schedule. He talks about his workout, his chances at the Arnold and how he's bounced back from his injuries.
In case you didn't know, he's torn a tricep and had surgery August 15, 2008. |
