This is part 1 of several clips we took while at Metroflex Gym in Texas. Branch is about 16 days out from the 2009 Arnold Classic. The workout is nothing fancy: some inclines, delts and dips. This is the last heavy workout. The rest will be lighter as a part of the final prep to the Arnold.
This is Branch's favorite gym. No one bothers him or stops to ask him questions. It allows Branch to get in the zone and do what he has to do to win any Pro Bodybuilding Show. |
