Just a week before the 2012 Arnold Classic we had the opportunity to catch Big Bad Dennis Wolf doing one of his last workouts before the contest. When the Wolf trains, he like to put on his headphones and get into a zone, so we decided not to pester him with questions during his workout. So heres a short video of the Big Bad Wolf hitting shoulders and tris a little over a week out from the showdown in Columbus.
